Place your order risk free from Fossil Fool. We know there are a lot of disappointing products out there and we want you to be confident that ours are not among them. We are driven by our passion for night riding and bike-based street parties to produce the absolute best "Cool Safety" products money can buy.

If you are not 100% satisfied by the products you receive from Fossil Fool, we will issue a complete refund (less original shipping charges).

If you have purchased Fossil Fool products from a bike shop or other retail store, or another online store, our 30 Money Back Guarantee still covers your purchase. However, in this situation, you must save your receipts to prove the date of your purchase.

In our first year of business, beginning September '03, we have only had to issue a refund once. (The Down Low Glow was damaged during shipping.) All of our other customers have been 100% satisfied. Please read our customer feedback page to hear what our customers have to say!

1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty

Down Low Glow warranty: We stand behind our products 100%. Within the first year of your use of the Down Low Glow, your purchase is covered by warranty against defects in manufacturing. If you're lights break or stop working from everyday riding, you're covered. Please read the note on waterproofing in the Down Low Glow owner's manual. Damage due to water penetration of the battery is not covered. However, it is simple to waterproof the battery if you need to ride in the rain.

Fossil Fool rechargeable batteries are guaranteed to hold a charge for the first 6 months of use. Rechargeable batteries must be properly cared for, as described in our owners manuals. If you continue to follow the instructions, you will be able to enjoy your lights for 500-1000 cycles of your rechargeable battery.

Credit Card Security

When you make a payment on our web site, the credit card number and expiration date are encrypted before they are transferred over the internet. Look for the "https://" at the beginning of the web address when you type in your credit card number.

Our SSL Secure Payment system is hosted by an experienced third party on a Thawte secure server. You can view their security certificate here. Your credit card number is never stored or transferred to or by Fossil Fool in an email or fax, only through "https" encrypted web pages.

If you would prefer to make a purchase by telephone, please call toll-free, 888-354-2453 during Pacific Time business hours, and we'll be glad to help you.

We do not charge your credit card until the day your product ships. Normally this will not matter much to you, except in the case of a back-order. If a product is on back order and you are not satisfied by how long it is taking to receive your product, you can cancel your order with no hassle.

Privacy Policy

We know that in your busy life, you do not need another company calling or emailing you about their product or service. We will not pass on your email address or phone number to anyone without your permission.

Our own newsletter comes out infrequently (every 3-6 months) by email. If you would rather not receive it, just let us know.

Why do we need your email and phone number? Sometimes there is a problem with shipping that needs to be quickly resolved. For example, if a package is returned to us, we need to call you to double check that the address we have is the correct one. Having a current email also lets us follow up with you to make sure that any questions you may have about our products get answered quickly. So please provide an accurate email and phone number!

Ordering from Europe, Asia, and Australia / New Zealand

Ordering the Down Low Glow from Europe? Please check out USED, our German dealer. Based in Essen / Oldenberg, Germany. 49 - 5434-9238883. Their website is available in English and German. If you are based in Germany or continental Europe, ordering the Down Low Glow through USED will be lower cost than purchasing directly from us.

We ship the Down Low Glow to Asia, and Australia. Please follow the instructions below:

There is a $19 additional shipping charge for international orders (excluding Canada). There is a $5 additional charge for Canadian orders.

On the Fossil Fool Store page, add your desired items to your shopping cart by clicking "buy it now" next to the item(s) you want.

At the bottom of the Fossil Fool Store page, you will see "Items for International Delivery." To get back to this page from your shopping cart, simply click BACK in your browser.

Select the $19 shipping surcharge if your order is going to Europe, Asia, or Australia / New Zealand.
Select the $5 surcharge if your order is going to Canada.

Important: Most parts of the world have 220 V wall power. The United States has 110 V wall power. Because of this difference, the battery chargers we ship for the Down Low Glow will not work in your country without a step-down voltage converter if your country has 220V wall power . A step-down voltage converter (also known as a transformer) is a common item that American travellers use to operate their shavers, etc. when they travel to Europe. If you don't have one, we sell a good one for $20. Ours comes with a UK style plug, but you can buy an adapter to fit your outlet. Do not try to plug our battery chargers into the wall with a simple plug adapter -- at a minimum you can ruin your battery, and at worst, there is a risk of fire. Either buy one of our voltage converters, or buy one from an electronics store in your city, but do not try to charge our batteries on 220 V wall power without a converter.

Once you've added your additional shipping charge and the voltage converter (if needed), you're ready to check out. Click "Go To Payments" from your shopping cart.

For delivery outside US and Canada, select "No State or Province." Then, enter your shipping address as best as you can. Our address system is designed to accept US and Canadian addresses. If you find you are unable to fully enter your address, do not worry. We double check all International addresses before processing your credit card or shipping your order. Click the checkbox by "International Order? " to signify that yours is an International order. If you were unable to enter your full address, please email us the correct address. If we don't receive an email from you, we will email you to double check the address.

Please make sure to supply an accurate telephone number and email address. We will most likely need to email you to verify your shipping address.

International orders ship via Air Mail. This takes about 2 weeks, and there is no way to track your order while it is shipping, unless you upgrade service to FEDEX. If you would like to upgrade to FEDEX for faster delivery, please contact us by email.
